How Soon After Nexplanon Removal Will I Ovulate. Around 316-317 I had milky discharge I thought may be the ovulation happening. Depending on the type of implant they last between 3-5 years but can be removed at any time. Fertility returns when the implant is removed. It only lasts 3 to 4 years before you need to get it replaced.
Your arm may feel tender or swollen around where the implant was for a few days. You may ovulate as soon as a week to 14 days after the Implanon device was removed. Nexplanon works for 3 years before it needs to be replaced. I was told it was okay to start straight away. Again it can happen a month after or 12 months after removal there is no way to predict when ovulation will start happening again after the Nexplanon has been taken out. For women who are not yet planning on becoming pregnant this means that they are wise to line up an alternative method of birth control before having Nexplanon removed.

I just rang the family planning advice line lol she said. Got pregnant the same week I got it removed. I was told it was okay to start straight away. Its possible to get pregnant right away. But it is the best idea to wait until you have had one normal period to start trying to conceive a baby.
